Service Policies
Transparency is a core value at LinkadIn Studio. These policies govern all service engagements.

1. Refund Policy
- Starter: 7-day full refund guarantee from date of delivery.
- Professional: Full refund within 14 days of first billing if no sessions conducted. Prorated refund for unused sessions after first session.
- Enterprise: 14-day cancellation window before first billing cycle. No refund for current month after first month; cancellation takes effect at end of billing period.
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with subject "Cancellation Request - [Your Name]". Cancellations before the 25th take effect at end of current billing period; after the 25th, at end of following billing period.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Profile audit report: within 48 business hours of onboarding
- Profile rewrite (Starter): within 5 business days of audit delivery
- Profile rewrite (Professional/Enterprise): within 7 business days
- Content calendar: within 10 business days of strategy session
- Rush delivery (48-hour): available for Professional/Enterprise at $75 surcharge
4. Revision Policy
- Starter: 1 round of revisions included
- Professional: 3 rounds of revisions included
- Enterprise: Unlimited revisions during engagement period
- Additional revision rounds: $50 per round
5. Scope of Service & Boundaries
The following are explicitly outside our scope:
- Resume writing or cover letter creation
- LinkedIn ad campaign management or paid promotion
- Automation tools, bots, or any activity violating LinkedIn's Terms of Service
- Guaranteed job placement or guaranteed client acquisition
- Profile photo photography
- LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator subscription fees
- Legal, financial, or HR advice
- Services on platforms other than LinkedIn
6. Client Responsibilities
- Providing accurate and complete professional information
- Attending scheduled sessions on time (24-hour cancellation notice required)
- Implementing recommendations within agreed timelines
- Maintaining own LinkedIn account credentials and security
- Complying with LinkedIn's Terms of Service at all times
7. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as strictly confidential. We do not share client data with third parties except as required by law. Testimonials are only published with explicit written consent. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
- Email [email protected] with subject: "Complaint - [Your Name] - [Date of Purchase]"
- Include: full name, package purchased, date, description of issue, and desired resolution
- We acknowledge within 1 business day and provide full written response within 5 business days
- If unresolved, escalate to our Director of Client Services at the same email address
- Further escalation: Better Business Bureau or relevant state consumer affairs office
9. Payment Terms
All prices in USD. Starter is one-time; Professional and Enterprise billed monthly. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Late payments (beyond 10 days) may result in service suspension.
10. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update these policies. Active clients will be notified of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
